2) 24/7 Prayer
The opportunity to pray round the clock still has another three days to go. If you haven’t yet done so, why not drop into room 1 and spend some time (however short or long does not matter) praying, or sign up for one of the evening/night slots at https://signup.24-7prayer.com/signup/96edc2. As you can see the space has been transformed.
3) Gift Day
The total for Gift Day now stands at £40,890 and all projects have now passed their target. A huge thank you too everyone who has given so generously.
Gift Day will close at the end of August. If you are still intending to give please do so by Sunday 25 August so that the money you have given can be sent onto do the work you gave it for.
4) Worship Leaders Course
Each year the Presbytery runs a short course to help prepare church members to lead public worship. The first module will run on five Wednesday evenings on Zoom between 7.30 pm and 9.00 pm beginning on August 28. Are you interested in learning how to begin preparing to give a short talk, lead prayer and choose appropriate hymns? You might use this knowledge at the Beacon Service, the Guild or some other group. Having completed other modules and developed your skills, one day you might be able to lead worship on Sunday. Are you interested in putting your toe in the water and seeing where you end up? If so, please get in touch with me.

Every Sunday in Prayer Room between 10 and 10.20 am Every Monday in Room 1 between 10 and 11 am. Every Wednesday on Zoom between for 30 minutes starting at 7 pm. Please contact the office for log on details.
