01/09/2024 Pray for all who will help at or attend the first Messy Church of the new year.
02/09/2024 Pray that Andrew and all the youth leaders will come back from the holidays refreshed and ready to teach.
03/09/2024 Remember all who are involved in the planning and work in the hall and pray for Julie and Hilde who will have extra duties associated with the project.
04/09/2024 Pray for members of your family and the church who hope to celebrate a significant birthday during this month.
05/09/2024 Pray about the Gospel Project: Hungry for Good News –   that the 2024 gospels will be taken and that the gospels will be read.
06/09/2024 that the Holy Spirit will open people’s heart as they read and for people to believe in Jesus and commit their life to him.
07/09/2024 Remember all who will take part today in the meeting of the Presbytery of Lothian and the Borders. Pray that the correct decisions will be made for the benefit of all.
08/09/2024 Pray for all those who are responsible for providing and serving the food for the Guild lunch today.
09/09/2024 Pray for those you know who are having to cope with what seems to be an incurable complaint and are very anxious about what the future holds.
10/09/2024 Pray for those you know who seem to focus on the negative aspects of living rather than the positive.
11/09/2024 Remember relatives and friends who do not live locally, perhaps abroad and whom you have not seen for a long time. Include Hamish and Annika in Sweden.
12/09/2024 Pray for the carers who feel that they cannot access all the help they require so that they can do their work to the best of their ability.
13/09/2024 Remember those who do not seem to have been around our church for some time, either because of old age or lack of interest.
14/09/2024 Pray for members of our fellowship who are no longer able to get out, cannot attend events in the church and feel isolated and perhaps even neglected.

16/09/2024 Pray for someone you know who always seems to be happy, positive and encouraging each time you meet.
17/09/2024 Pray for Neil and all the members of the Kirk Session as they met this evening.
18/09/2024 Remember the work of the North Berwick and District Association of Churches as the members gather this evening.
19/09/2024 Pray for yourself and your witness to your neighbours and other members of our fellowship.
20/09/2024 Give thanks and pray for our District Nurses team, the doctors and all the others who work in the surgery and provide such an excellent service despite being so short staffed.
21/09/2024 Pray for Derek Hartley who will be speaking at a Prayer Brunch in Haddington West Church about those who work for SU in schools in East and Midlothian.
22/09/2024 Give thanks for the Guild and pray for its work and members on what is Guild Sunday.  Pray that the new YF Bible Study is a success and that the young people will hear God’s word.
23/09/2024 Give thanks and pray for the members of the fellowship who go out of their way to help and  encourage some of our elderly members who are unable to attend much of what goes on in the church.
24/09/2024 A number of regular helpers with Messy Church have indicated that they will no longer be able to continue. Pray for Alison as she tries to recruit more people and prepares for the new sessions in the Autumn.
25/09/2024 We celebrate Harvest on the 29th. Give thanks that we live in a land where food is readily available but pray for those who cannot afford to buy enough to keep themselves healthy.
26/09/2024 Look again at the leaflet which we received about the Gift Day projects and pray for one of them each day. Give thanks that our target of £40,000 has been reached.    the ambitious plan to make heating the Church Hall net zero
27/09/2024 providing eco-stoves to help Malawian families who cook over open fires
28/09/2024 enabling Scripture Union to install solar panels at Scoughall
29/09/2024 assisting North Berwick Harbour Trust provide universal access to the West Beach from the Low Quay
30/09/2024 helping Rev Muriel Pearson who is developing a garden for reflection at the C of S site beside Lake Galilee
