- Sunday 1 September
Services at 9.30 am and 10.30 am (also live-streamed). The theme is Wonders of God in our own tongue and the passage is Acts 2:1-13. It looks as chapter 3 of Jill Duff’s book, Lighting the Beacons. If you haven’t yet got your own copy they’ll be on sale at coffee on Sunday, at £10, cash and card accepted. Alternatively you can get your copy online from many different places.
Messy Church will run from 4 – 6 pm. Messy Church is a different way of being church. It’s for all ages and offers a way of worshipping and being a Christian community that resonates with people who are looking for something different from Sunday morning church. Families, in particular, find this works for them. Do you know someone who might be interested? A personal invite might be what they’re waiting for. An offer to come with them might be what makes the difference.
