1 Give thanks that so many of us have good food, friends and facilities. Pray for those you know who do not.
2 Pray for all who are involved in the installation of the new AV system. May the work proceed smoothly and on time.
3 Remember those who cannot take part in Sunday worship at the moment while there are no DVDs available as work on the AV system is under way.
4 In our worship we consider initiatives to take Growing Young forward. Pray too for all who will be involved in Messy Church this afternoon.
5 Continue to pray for the leaders and fighting forces on both sides of the war in Ukraine.
6 Pray for the new Prime Minister and the challenges which will be faced in the coming weeks.
7 Remember Mari Scott and pray that those in need of a visit can be identified.
8 Pray for Douglas Hamilton and his family as he is ordained and inducted into Traprain Parish this evening.
9 Pray for those you know who have close relatives who are nearing the end of their life. Remember too those who have been recently bereaved.
10 Pray for those who will be taking part in the live-streaming of the Annual Gathering of the Guild.
11 Remember all who be involved in the church picnic at Canty Bay this afternoon. Pray for David Graham and the congregations at the Abbey and in Dirleton.
12 Pray for the members of the Guild as they meet tomorrow to start covering the shoeboxes which will then be filled and sent to those in need
13 Pray for the members of the Kirk Session, asking that they will have guidance and wisdom for all the decisions which they have to make.
14 Remember Andrew and his work among the young people Pray for them as they organise the Bacon Roll lunch after the service on Sunday.
15 Remember all who serve on the North Berwick Association of Churches as they meet this evening.
16 Pray for the leaders and speakers at the services held at the Beacon, Tantallon Court and Dirleton Court.
17 Much of the news we receive on television at the moment is sad, depressing or gloomy. Pray for those who find the present situation in our country very worrying.
18 Today is Gift Day. Pray that those who intend to donate will be guided as they seek to work out how much they should give.
On each of the following days pray for one of the projects which will benefit from our Gift Day giving.
19 East Lothian Food Bank : Remember all who organise the distribution of food and pray for families in need.
20 Orphan Village in Malawi: Pray for those who run the home in Malawi and for the lost children they look after.
21 Local environment – better bins : Pray for those in our town who help to make our vicinity clean and attractive.
22 Scoughall: Give thanks all the camps and other activities which happen and for the upgrade planned.
23 Ife Bible Translators : Pray for the Wycliffe Bible Translators working in countries in West Africa. If you need more information and have not yet received the Gift Day leaflet please contact the church office.
24 Pray that the Prayer Chain may continue to be a great opportunity for those in need of prayer and support. Remember the group of people in our church who organise it.
25 Pray for Neil as he leads our worship this morning and we consider aspects of identity.
26 Continue to pray for Hamish, Annika, their family and work in Sweden
27 Many people are really worried about the financial consequences of rising fuel bills. Pray that there may be ways in which members of our church can offer help.
28 Pray about the industrial situation in our country and for all the strikes which are happening at the moment. Remember all who are seeking to find fair and realistic resolutions.
29 Pray for the members of the Home Groups and for the leaders who prepare for them.
30 Remember friends and neighbours who are in need of help and encouragement or perhaps a visit.
