Services at 9.30 am and 10.30 am (also livestreamed). The passage is 1 Peter 1:3-12 and the theme, Why go to church?’
Directly after the 10.30 am service the ASM (Annual Stated Meeting) of the congregation will be held. This is your opportunity to learn about the church finances for 2022 and to ask questions.
2) Holiday Club Meeting
There will be a team meeting on Thursday 1st June 7.30-9pm at Abbey Church Hall. If you have signed up already it would be great if you are able to come. If you are intending to sign up but haven’t done so, please sign up AND come to the meeting. If you are wondering about signing up, why not come along to the meeting and see how you could express your faith at the Holiday Club.
3) Church Weekend Sat 3 and Sun 4 June
Don’t forget to sign up. You can sign up via the website or by using a form available on the table outside the office.
As with any great event volunteers are needed. Volunteer sign-up sheets are on the notice board outside the office for dishwashing, kitchen assistants and bakers.
4) Sunday 4 June
(Church Weekend Away)
There will be one service in the Church building at 9.30 am.
The 10.30 am service will be at Scoughall. Children and Youth Ministry will also take place at Scoughall.
5) Prayer Gathering
Each Wednesday on Zoom between for 30 minutes starting at 7 pm.
