Services at 9.30 am and 10.30 am (live-streamed). I will lead both services and Ann Cubitt will preach. The passage is John 4:1-30 and the theme, Living water for thirsty souls.
Hunger Lunch will be served in the church hall from noon. This is a simple lunch of soup and rolls. You are invited to donate the cost of a normal lunch which will go to support Kauma Orphan’s Village in Malawi.
- Guild Tuesday 10 February, 2 pm @ Abbey Church
This is a joint meeting of Abbey and St Andrew Blackadder Guilds. The speaker, James Fraser, will talk about one of the current Guild projects, Operation Hope. This particular project concerns helping Christian communities in Upper Egypt where they face extreme poverty and marginalisation. This should be an interesting an engaging talk. Do feel free to join us.
