2. Easter Cards
Thank you to everyone who has taken some cards for delivery. Almost all have now gone. Could you help with the few that remain? Could you pick up a pack beside coffee and cover one street?
3. Real Easter Eggs
Ordered eggs will be available after both services this Sunday, 22nd March. Cash or card.
Thanks to your generosity we are donating 227 Real Easter Eggs to the East Lothian Food Bank.
4. Messy Church – next Sunday, 29 March
Messy Church is one week early. Rather than being the first Sunday in April, it will be next Sunday, 29 March. Everything else will be the same – 4-6 pm starting in the hall, ending with a meal, with worship in between. The focus will be Easter.
5. Good Friday Witness 3 April.
Meet at the stone cross near the Seabird Centre at 2.45 pm. As Jesus carried his cross publicly through the streets of Jerusalem, the cross will be carried up Victoria Road and along the High Street to the front of St Andrew Blackadder.
At 3 pm, the hour of Jesus death, Mark’s account of Jesus’ death and resurrection will be read aloud on the steps of the church. Come and help bear witness to all Jesus did for humanity.
6. The Guild Coffee Morning, Saturday, 28th March, 10am -12 noon. Raising funds for Bear Necessities & Operation Hope. Donations for the home baking, book & gifts stalls are welcome. Please contact Ann Braid or Ann Cubitt for more info.
7. Prayer Gatherings
Every Sunday in Prayer Room between 10 and 10.20 am
Every Monday in Room 1 between 10 and 11 am.
Every Wednesday on Zoom between for 30 minutes starting at 7 pm.
