There will be ONE service in the church building at 9.30 am on Sunday June 12. This will be live-streamed on YouTube. The ’10.30’ service will take place at Scoughall as part of the Church Weekend and will begin at 10 am. There will be no activities for children and teenagers in the church building. They will take place at Scoughall.
2. This Sunday, 5 June, Litter Pick
We will be taking part in the Big Beach Clean. Meet at the Rugby Club Car Park on Sunday 5 June at 2 pm. Bring gloves and sturdy shoes. Pickers and bags provided.
3. Spring Harvest, 10-14 April 2023, Skegness.
A party from St Andrew Blackadder will be going. Would you like to be part of it? Bookings open on 8 June 22. At this stage all that is needed is a deposit of £35 per person (£20 for under 15’s). Final payment will be needed in Jan 23. For more info speak to Stacy Cathcart (details in Church Directory) or Julie in the office. You can also check out https://www.springharvest.org ‘Barbara Bursaries’ were awarded to help people attend in 2022 and are likely to be available to help meet costs next year too.
4. Directions for Church Weekend at Scoughall
Head out past Tesco on A198 past Tantallon for 3 miles. After Auldhame Farm and the Seacliff Carpark turnoff, take first road on left opposite Newmains Cottages. Follow this road for 1 mile. At Scoughall farm turn RIGHT onto an unmetalled road. Take the SECOND road on left after 1/3 of a mile.
If you are using a satnav, try entering ’Scoughall Scripture Union Campsite.’
5. Christian Aid Raffle Stall The Raffle Stall at Dirleton Market on the Green raised £623.66 for Christian Aid. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and made donations, and especially to all the North Berwick shops and businesses who gave raffle prizes.
6. Weekly Prayer Gathering
Each Wednesday on Zoom between for 30 minutes starting at 7 pm.
