01/08/2025 Pray for Andrew and all the young people he mentors.

02/08/2025 Remember all who are involved in the proposed Alpha course and pray for those who might be encouraged to come along to it.

03/08/2025 Remember Jock Stein as he leads our worship and preaches this morning. Pray for all the visitors who will be attending our services today.

04/08/2025 As we watch the situation of the people in Gaza for example, pray that our use of finances will reflect our need not our greed.

05/08/2025 Remember all who enable the church to be open during the day. May they present a good witness to their faith and make the visitors feel really welcome.

06/08/2025 Remember Hamish and Annika in Sweden and pray for their health. Pray too about the various decisions which they and their team are having to make at present.

07/08/2025 Give thanks for all who work in our local surgery and health centre. Remember all the doctors and District Nurses who look after so many of our local residents.

08/08/2025 Pray for those you know who live in Dirleton Court and other sheltered homes and remember those who arrange a short service for the members each month.

09/08/2025 Remember Douglas and all the members in Traprain Church, Stenton and Athelstaneford as they meet for worship tomorrow.

11/08/2025 Remember all who are anxiously waiting to get hospital appointments and are worried that their condition is worsening as a result of the long wait.

13/08/2025 Pry for the work of the Day Centre, giving thanks for all the staff and volunteers who do so much to help many older members of our community.
