This is the last weekly news of 2025. The church office and building will be closed until Monday 5 January apart from the events listed below.
- Saturday 20 December 2.00 pm
Christmas on the High St – the Christmas story in word and song at the front of the church.
- Sunday 21 December
Morning worship at 9.30 am and 10.30 am (live-streamed). Rev Mary Haddow will preach on the final part of advent, Luke 1:57-80 and the theme is Singing the Faith.
Carol Service: 7 pm – a great service to invite family and friends to. This service will also be live-streamed.
- Christmas Eve
Wednesday 24 December, worship @ 7 pm.
- Christmas Day,
Thursday 25 December, worship @ 10.30 am
No Beacon or Beacon service.
- Sunday 28 December
No service at 9.30 am. Nine lessons and carols at 10.30 am (live-streamed).
- Monday 29 December:
Festive Beacon, 11.30 am – 1.00 pm: No Beacon Service.
- Sunday 4 January 2026
Normal pattern of services at 9.30 am and 10.30 am, beginning to look at the gospel of John.
- Monday 5 January 2026
Church building reopens. Normal activities including Beacon on Thursday 8, resume.
- Next Alpha Course
Following the success of the current Alpha Course, North Berwick Christian Fellowship (NBCF) will be running an Alpha Course on Thursday evenings commencing on 15th January 2026. If you would like to attend or invite someone, details about the course may be found at nbcf.church/alpha
