Services at 9.30 am and 10.30 am (also live-streamed). I will lead the services and Donna Kellock will preach. The Bible Passages are Job 2:1-10 and 1 Peter 1:1-7 and the theme is Faith Under Fire.
2) Guests as well as Hosts
The big idea for the Congregation for the next few years is Guests as well as Hosts. It will be launched next Sunday, 24 August.
3) Gift Day 2025
Thank you to all who have given so generously. The total now given (including Gift Aid) is £42,000 (exactly!). The target was £40,000 which means that all projects will be given what was promised and a little more. I know some people are still intending to give. Please could you do this by the end of August, which will allow for the funds to be distributed.
4) Blytheswood Shoe Boxes. The Guild will be collecting and covering shoeboxes in preparation of this years annual appeal. Do you have any empty shoeboxes at home that you can donate to the cause? Boxes with removable lids are preferred and we will be accepting donations from Sunday 7th September– 14th September.
5) Prayer Gatherings
Every Sunday in Prayer Room between 10 and 10.20 am
Every Monday in Room 1 between 10 and 11 am.
Every Wednesday on Zoom between for 30 minutes starting at 7 pm.
