1. Sunday 26th October
Services at 9.30 and 10.30 am (also live-streamed). The passage is Luke 23:26-49 and the theme Can we fix it? The service will look at Session 6 of the Bible Course, Jesus: the story of rescue.
Christmas Choir
The Carol Service this year will be on Sunday 21 December at 7.00 pm. At it the Christmas Choir will sing. Rehearsals start this Sunday at 11.50 am. All are welcome to come and give it a try. Gill Casson has a wonderful ability to bring more music out of people than they knew they had.
2. Leuchie Live Lounge

Leuchie Live Lounge – Guesting and Hosting opportunities: On Sat 1 November, the church is hosting a fundraising concert in aid of Leuchie, with modern folk music from Suzanne Butler and other local musicians. Please be a guest – and also a host, if you can bring friends and family. 3. Blue Egg Boxes
Messy Church would love to receive any empty BLUE egg boxes you have. Only BLUE ones work – please don’t bring any other colour. FYI Tesco and Sweet News sell eggs in BLUE boxes. Please bring to the church office before the end of October.
4. Milk bottle top collection has ended.
Bottle tops are no longer being collected at church. Please put your tops in your plastic recycling at home and DO NOT bring them to church.

6. Blythswood Shoeboxes. Filled with small, practical items such as toiletries, stationery, and clothing, the individually-wrapped boxes are distributed in schools,hospitals, orphanages and care homes, and to households in very low income communities. This year’s boxes are going to eight different countries – Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kosovo, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine. Please fill and return shoeboxes by Sunday 26th of October.
